Protecting Seniors from Abuse & Neglect

In the height of the 2020 covid shutdown, Tim and his co-counsel won (and preserved on appeal) a multi-million dollar verdict for a woman whose physical rehabilitation nurse dropped her in the shower, breaking her spinal bones. Her doctors then neglected her deteriorating health. The facility claimed the incident never happened and that its medical follow-up was appropriate.

In a protracted, 9-year legal battle, Tim won (and preserved on appeal) a $21,000,000.00 jury verdict for an Arizonan who was the victim of a financial conspiracy to destroy the value of key assets and steal funds from a trust in violation of Arizona law.

HOLDING WRONGDOERS ACCOUNTABLE

In a landmark jury verdict, Tim won $3 million dollars for a healthcare whistleblower who had been fired after telling her boss that a physician was putting the lives of his patients in danger.
