Tim Casey
Attorney at Law
Born in Iowa, Tim was raised in Tempe and attended McClintock High School. After attending Arizona State University on a football scholarship, Tim obtained his law degree at Drake University Law School.
Tim returned to Arizona and worked at Arizona's largest law firm, eventually becoming a partner and trying product liability cases across the United States. After developing a preference for representing plaintiffs, Tim transitioned to a practice centered on helping individuals and small businesses who have suffered serious bodily or financial harm.
Tim's name regularly appears on lists of Arizona's preeminent trial lawyers. His cases have been the subject of media attention by the New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, CNN, FOX, MSNBC, and The Washington Post. He is also a frequent CLE speaker on tort and litigation issues, and is a former faculty member of the State Bar's Course on Professionalism.
